In 2007 under the direction of Olga Tkachenko new Duo Zikr project "Fire Voices" theatre of vocal improvisations started its work. This theatre works in the unique vibe-vocal FREEVOICE technique.



The idea of theatre creation was born while making new Duo Zikr Sound of magic album in recording of which six young professional singers (who graduated from Tchaikovsky National Academy of Music) took part. This idea has embodied very quickly and in July 2007 the first Duo Zikr and "Fire voices" concert took place at Kiev planetarium.



Between 2007 and 2011 the theathre performed more than 20 concerts (with Duo Zikr and on its own) in Kiev, Odessa, Moscow, Crimea and St. Petrsburg. Also "Fire voices" theatre took part in the recording of Duo Zikr Voice message album. Between 2011 and 2012 the work on "The Jester in the Universe" play (based on Buratyno (Pinocchio) fairytale) was going on. Also the theatre performed several concerts based on I. A. Krylov's fables.



At the moment "Fire Voices" theatre is on the stage of reorganization but at the nearest future new performances and concerts with new theatre members are expected.
